Exchange Timeline
- Exchanges are accepted up to 3 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us promptly to initiate the exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Most of our items are eligible for exchange. However, the following items are exceptions:
- Discounted items
- Customized pieces
- Handmade items
- Tailored items
Condition for Exchanges
- To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition. This includes being unworn, with all tags securely attached, and free from any damage.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Sila Threads. Additionally, the shipping cost for the new exchanged item will also be the customer’s responsibility. Please note that the initial cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
Availability Confirmation:
Sizes marked with an asterisk (*) require Availability Confirmation. After your purchase, please allow 1-2 business days for us to confirm availability. If the item is unavailable, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Delivery for these items may take 10-14 days.
Standard Delivery:
Sizes without an asterisk will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
Handmade and Customized Pieces:
Handmade and customized items will be delivered within 8 weeks after the customer provides their measurements.
Alterations:
If you order alterations, please note that the shipping time may increase by a maximum of 14 days.
Exchanges:
Customers can exchange their products only if the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been altered or tailored and is not a handmade or customized piece.
- The customer contacts us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original condition, which means it should be unworn, with all tags securely attached, and free from any damage.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and shipping for the new product. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

- Protecting your privacy and securing your data is a priority. We maintain strict security measures to safeguard your information and ensure secure payment processing.
- Your data is used only for order processing and to provide you with a tailored shopping experience.

- If you have a complaint, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to resolve it.
