- Returns: Please note that returns are not accepted under any condition.

Exchange Timeline
- Exchanges are accepted up to 3 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us promptly to initiate the exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Most of our items are eligible for exchange. However, the following items are exceptions:
- Discounted items
- Customized pieces
- Handmade items
- Tailored items
Condition for Exchanges
- To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition. This includes being unworn, with all tags securely attached, and free from any damage.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Sila Threads. Additionally, the shipping cost for the new exchanged item will also be the customer’s responsibility. Please note that the initial cost of shipping is non-refundable.
