Shipping Policy
Availability Confirmation:
Sizes marked with an asterisk (*) require Availability Confirmation. After your purchase, please allow 1-2 business days for us to confirm availability. If the item is unavailable, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Delivery for these items may take 10-14 days.
Standard Delivery:
Sizes without an asterisk will be delivered within 2-14 business days.
Handmade and Customized Pieces:
Handmade and customized items will be delivered within 8-10 weeks after the customer provides their measurements, or the agreed upon date.
Alterations:
If you order alterations, please note that the shipping time may increase by a maximum of 16 days.
Exchanges:
Customers can exchange their products only if the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been altered or tailored and is not a handmade or customized piece.
- The customer contacts us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original condition, which means it should be unworn, with all tags securely attached, and free from any damage.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and shipping for the new product. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
